- God sees every teen as important and valuable.
- God gives each person worth and potential.
- Teens should be encouraged to develop to their full potential.
(It is unlikely that teens will aspire to a level of performance
above what they experience in their lives.)
- Every teen should have the opportunity to develop spiritual
values and life skills that will enable them to succeed.
- Teens deserve the opportunity to maintain healthy relationships
with adults and peers. This requires responsible adults to
be involved in their lives and wholesome places to work out
peer interaction.
- Persons in positions of authority, responsible for the
development of youth, must have the best interest of the
youth at heart and exercise their authority accordingly.
