Vision Statement

The long-range vision of AYM looks to spread our unique brand of service throughout the most urban neighborhoods of the central city of the Indianapolis Community. Area Youth Ministry will serve the inner-city of Indianapolis by expanding the Young Champions program into every middle and high school in the IPS district. We will choose community locations to carry out our Totally You program for young ladies, Third Timothy program for young men, and Adventure Challenge program after school and during the summers. We will continue our Drop-In ministry across from Tech High School on the Eastside. We will seek continued collaboration with Indianapolis Public Schools, the Juvenile Court, and numerous youth-serving agencies to reach at-risk urban teens and provide an opportunity for vision and hope.
